Bead Soup Blog Party (BSBP) to jedno z najciekawszych wydarzeń w koralikowym świecie, od 2010 organizowane przez Lori Anderson, w tym roku powróciło po trzyletniej przerwie. W największym skrócie: Lori Anderson łączy w pary  artystów z całego świata, którzy następnie wymieniają się koralikami i innymi akcesoriami, często robionymi własnoręcznie, by w finale pokazać przepiękne prace.
Uczestniczyłam w 6,7 i 8 edycji, zawsze z wielką przyjemnością.

Bead Soup Blog Party (BSBP) is one of the most interesting events in beader's world, from 2010 organised by Lori Anderson, come back again, after three years break. I participated at the 6, 7 and the 8th edition, always with great pleasure. I met amazing artists and very, very friendly people. I missed 2017 edition /how could this happen????/, but I'm going to vist all participant's blogs!

8th Annual BSBP Great Day Arrived!

May 10th arrived! This is  my third BSBP and Lori Anderson paired me with Hungarian beader Toth Klaudia. I'm really happy, because, as I  said in earlier posts- it's a great opportunity to meet nice , friendly people from all over the world. And Klaudia is such a person and also a great ,clever beader.I studied her blog carefully and I'm delighted. And you'll be too, believe me! I invite everybody to see, what she prepared for today!
In the beginning- first Klaudia's package disappeared. It's a great shame for postal services of both our countries! Really! Klaudia was so generous and send me another one-thanks a lot Klaudia!

1.Three vintage buttons

I used all of them, they are really great.I prepared decorations for my satin heels and coordinated ring.

2. Shibori ribbon
I wanted to try to prepare shibori bracelet of months. So it was like a destiny, when I found beautiful shibori ribbon / Klaudia's handmade/ in my package. It's difficult technique and I must really practice much more. But first bracelet done:)

3. Focal- cameo with  a dolphin

Sea theme so I added some sea accessories - sea glass and some freshwater pearls, all in delicate
hues of green.

4. Soutache elements

Klaudia is really good in sewing soutache. I received three elements and used two of them as a part of the necklace I named   " Vase of flowers"

Thank you Klaudia! It's a pleasure to have you as a partner!

I strongly recommend to visit blogs of my previous BSBP partners- Silvia's from Italy and Cate's from UK - they are so amazing artists!

This year Lori Anderson connected almost 500 participants from all over the world. So big project and opportunity to admire different styles and ideas for jewelry. Great thanks for Lori and have fun!

All creations will be successively pinned  on the Pinterest board:

Klaudia also added to her generous package something delicious- she wrote these are tastes of her childhood.Really yummy!

The 7th Bead Soup Blog Party 2-nd Reveal Arrived!!

The day of the 2-nd reveal arrived. In the 7th Edition Lori Anderson our great hostess paired me with Silvia Sernicola from Italy. Its a great, great pleasure to meet so nice, talented, full of interests and open for people person. She has her unique seed bead style -imagination, precision, uncommon solutions. Please look at her blog to see all the beauty of her work.
This is the soup I sent to her:
and this is Silvia's soup:

I decieded to prepare fully wearable pieces - it's very nice to use them and think about my great soup partner. Some of them are in my style, some a little off my style and one completely out off my style.
I received great hand-made focal and beads and I used it with some amethist beads from my stash.

Beautiful beaded toggle clasp / Silvia's hallmark/ become in my three-strand bracelet a second focal- its so decorative.I added also four beaded beads.

Seed beads and ruby+ zoityte in earrings:

Great bohemia glass in pink necklace:

And in the end something "eco" with Silvia's eco-wooden beads :)) Macrama was very fasionable in Poland in 80s, I recalled some knots and prepared eco-fabric-ceramic-wooden bracelet.

I'm so excited to be , for the second time, a part of this incredible event with 541 participants from all over the world.I invite everybody to look at their fantastic blogs to enjoy great , beautiful jewellery.
Thanks Silvia - it's a honour to be your partner!

Happy girl with Italian soup

I'm so excited because today arrived bead soup from Silvia. Imagine - its a middle of working day, no time even for a long breath and a package from Italy under my desk which I want to explore immediately. The content was fantastic. Most of beads , focal and a clasp Silvia did herself. I'm under big impression, really. They are perfectly done, with big attention to details and in my favourite colours!

I receive also notebook - i think  it will be very useful to note my projects for this yummy soup.

But its not the end. I found something else. I told Silvia Im practising flamenco for many years and she beaded Mini-Dorota flamenco dancer -pretty beaded doll. Im delighted!!!!! Mini - Dorota has all needed detailes, including red flower in her hair and ruffles on the skirt.

Thanks Silvia - its great surprise and pleasure for me!!!!
